The Developers

As you head west on Reaume Road, you first notice the stone gates and fencing a classical design that exudes an understated elegance. You turn in past the island entrance, and you immediately feel that you have entered a special place. Driving onward, you appreciate the large classical homes, set on large properties that are set further back from the road than most other subdivisions. You notice the wonderfully landscaped properties, and the beautiful streetscape. Red Oak trees have been planted along the roadway about every 20 feet. "Wow! Someone really must of put a lot of thought into this area" you say to yourself.

Attention to detail is evident everywhere like the streetlights, which are a classical acorn lantern style with stately spun concrete poles. Driving on further, you note this is not a large subdivision.. its a small little collection of about 33 homes.. a quiet enclave.

As you pass a circle island in the roadway's cul-de-sac and a backdrop of tall trees catch your eye. It seems that some of these homes back on a protected woodland paradise. There is a walkway that meanders into the natural wonderland, a paved trail that is perfect for a morning jog, a casual bike ride or a evening stroll. What a wonderful place to live and raise a family. As you drive on it hits you, this is paradise.. this is home. Welcome to The Enclave of Tuscany Oaks.
